Kathy Latham (Haridev Kaur) is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Therapist and Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner. She has over 10 years experience in the healing arts, and has been practicing yoga for nearly as long. Kathy's practice is enriched by the study of multiple other modalities.
Kathy is passionate about helping others connect to their own strength, grace and truth. She is known for her calmness, joy, kindness, dedicated practice and love of learning. She has a special affinity for women's teachings.
Kathy was born and raised in New York City. The daughter of a Pan Am flight attendant, she began traveling the world at an early age - with her mom as a powerful example of a strong independent woman.
Kathy started graduate school the same month she started working at Enchantments, NYC's oldest esoteric store. There, she spent many years serving people from a multitude of spiritual backgrounds and traditions.
While sociology will always have a special place in her heart, she realized that her calling lies in the healing arts and continued on this path after graduating. She's blessed for the study of profound teachings from profound teachers.

Kundalini Yoga is the Yoga of Awareness: a powerful and efficient technology for transformation - accessible to everyone. It incorporates postures, breathing exercises, hand positions, sound and meditation.
Yoga Therapy applies Eastern methods such as yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation as a one-to-one treatment modality.
Sat Nam Rasayan:
Kathy is a certified Sat Nam Rasayan practitioner.
Sat Nam Rasayan is the elegant modality associated with Kundalini Yoga. The practitioner uses the meditative mind to create conditions for healing to occur. Clients can expect a sense of deep relaxation and there is potential for deeply held blocks and detracting tendencies to dissolve.
Kathy trained as a birth doula with the amazing and passionate Debra Pascali-Bonaro, one of the foremost doulas in the field.
The word "doula" comes from the ancient Greek meaning "a woman who serves" and is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth; or who provides emotional and practical support during the postpartum period.
Studies have shown that when doulas attend birth, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.
Kathy is a poet. She adores aromatic plant medicine and is a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist. She has studied and taught Runes for many years. She is Reiki attuned. She loves to travel, cook, dance and sing.
