Kathy Latham is a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Sat Nam Rasayan healer, with over a decade of devotion and service to the healing arts.
Kathy trained to teach Kundalini Yoga in Rishikesh, India. She has experience teaching a variety of populations, including children in grades K-8, veterans and pregnant moms. She is a Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga teacher, trained by Gurmukh. She currently teaches at Golden Bridge Yoga in Soho NYC.
She believes that the role of a teacher is to reflect back the inner light and wisdom of each student. Her classes are subtle, joyful and transformative and she has a special affinity for women's teachings and the gong.
Kathy is certified in Sat Nam Rasayan, the elegant healing branch of Kundalini Yoga. She is a graduate of I-SKY's Kundalini Yoga Therapy program and her practice benefits from extensive study with Guru Dharam. She has also trained in Yoga Therapeutics with Prema Yoga.
Further sources of inspiration include Judith Hanson Lasater, with whom she studied Restorative Yoga and Debra Pascali-Bonaro, who trained her as a doula. Among her other passions are poetry and aromatherapy.
